31" Automatic Sealer With 5mm Seal

Description

This easy-to-operate automatic foot impulse sealer is perfect for high-volume poly bags, in addition to other thermoplastic sealing. The KS-FS805 sealer is equipped to seal materials up to 32" wide and 15mil total thickness. Moreover, you can keep your hands free while sealing quicker and more accurately.

Controlled by a circuit board, this sealer uses impulse sealing, and for your convenience, it includes a friendly user digital display to automatically set timers and maintain seals automatically. There is no need for a tabletop to place this sealer as it is a standalone unit.

The manufacturer's replacement kit includes:

• • (2) 5mm wide heating element
  • (2) 1/2" PTFE adhesive
  • 1ft. long roll of PTFE cover

For automatic operation, set the control on auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws).  Insert material to be sealed and when the jaw opens, remove sealed material.

For manual operation, set the control to manual.  Insert the material to be sealed.  Press down on the footswitch to activate the sealing bar.
